It's Been A Long Time!!!!!

Wow, I can't believe it's been over a month since I posted.  So much has been going on, and the first part of the month I was PUNY!!!!!!  I had my surgery with good results.....BUT I also have kidney stones....the Thursday after my Tuesday breast reduction I was doubled over in pain, so off to the urologist I go.  I had a 6.8mm kidney stone in my tube, so that Friday I had surgery for that!!!  What a rough few days.  I stayed with my Mom...the kids came to see me.  Thanks to everyone for all the calls, texts, emails and meals :)  I am truly blessed.  My 2 little doggie brothers kept watch over me while I was recouping!!!
I had so much help while I was laying around on the couch.

Mom and Coop planted pansies

Coop picked tomatoes

Played with Ellie

And these 2 helped out quite a bit as well
After so long we couldn't stay cooped up in the house any longer....HAD to get out...it wore me out, but we had fun.  A trip to Memphis Children's Museum, Yolo's for frozen yogurt, and the park.  FUN times!!!!

We LOVE Yolo's!!!

We also took our yearly trip to one of our favorite places---Cedar Hill Farms.  We go there every year--playground, pony rides, pig races, train ride, hay rides, pumpkin patch--great time had by all :)

I really enjoyed spending some quality time with Cooper.  I have always worked full time, so have never been home with him during the day.  We had some warm days---so he just had to get outside.  One day he even had a picnic with his GREAT friend, Graci.  She lives next door and they play SO well together.

While I was out on leave I had a birthday!!  My mother keeps reminding me I am closer to 40 now.  (I didn't remind her as I get older so does she!!!!)

Mamaw's birthday is 2 days after mine, so I made a big ole pot of spaghetti.  Mamaw had a good time with her grandbabies---especially since she had not been up in a while!!
Mamaw, Coop, and I went shopping one day and then we treated ourselves to lunch at The Spaghetti Warehouse.  Cooper loves sitting in the old trolley car.  Lunch was yummy---I love the Italian Wedding Soup :0)
We had a great time at Halloween this year...Peyton was a cowgirl, Coop was a race car/motorcyle racer...and Alyson and her friend stayed home and passed out goodies to the trick or treaters.

The next day, Peyton had All Saints Day at school.  They each had to dress like a saint.  Peyton was Saint Rose of Lima.  She was the first St. of the Americas.  Coop and I went to mass with her that day and then back for her All Saint party that afternoon.

Peyton and her teacher, Mrs. Leinberg
Last Saturday was absolutely beautiful!!!! We took a zoo trip.  I love the Memphis Zoo and so do the kiddos.  Great way to spend a couple of hours on pretty days. (Can't wait for Zoo Lights at Christmas)  Delaney went with us and everyone was on their best behavior.    The animals were all out and most were playing and eating.

I guess he is smelling the flowers :)

Alyson and her friend, Terri,  went to Fayettville with Dad and Jenn Jenn for the Razorback game.
I stole a pic from her FB page to post.  They had a GREAT time, but said it was very cold and windy in Northern Arkansas.
Alyson brought pom poms home from the game---Peyton was being a silly girl :)

I went back to work Monday, and I have been SO very tired each evening.  But last night they talked me in to a couple of crafts.  It's been a while since we did any---they were EXCITED!!!  Even Alyson joined in!!

Hope everyone has had a HAPPY HUMP DAY!!!!  Until next time----Laura
