I have worked full time since Alyson (my oldest-15) was 3 years old....and it has taken me this long to realize I have to SLOW down and enjoy my kids. So since I have discovered Pinterest I am excited about doing art projects with them. Now Alyson, of course, will not participate in most of these...but Peyton (7) and Cooper (3) are loving it. Tonight we made fall trees. We had so much fun...Mamaw stayed and watched them. They even made one for her. My kids are sweethearts (most of the time)
Alyson is at the first Marion High School home football game tonight....she is so grown up now...hates having her picture made...so you will probably see more of the little ones. She loves us....but is just SO busy!!!!
Gonna go play in the pool at Grandaddy's tomorrow...it's so HOT...really ready for some cool fall days.

welcome to the blog-o-sphere! I started a blog a year or so ago, just to post lessons God is teaching me along the way. . just wish I weren't so hard headed and could grasp them quicker! LOL At least they're in a journal where I can re-read them whenever I need a refresher course. LOL
